At codedamn, we're looking for a Data Analyst who can help us to draw out insights from raw data and make data-driven decisions. Someone who is comfortable with analyzing platform-level data, breaking down data, and driving insights from numbers carefully.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to identify and define data analytics requirements.
- Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data using a variety of tools.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes
- Create and maintain data models and databases.
- Create and maintain data visualizations, charts and graphs to communicate insights
- Identify patterns and trends in data, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in a startup or tech company.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
