Role Overview: 

As an Enterprise Sales Representative at codedamn, you will be responsible for establishing and cultivating partnerships with businesses, with a focus on selling our learning solutions to their Learning and Development (L&D) departments. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can drive enterprise-wide sales initiatives and can close complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and identify key decision-makers within target organizations; initiate new business relationships with potential customers and manage the sales process from prospecting to close.

2. Sell codedamn's learning solutions to Learning and Development (L&D) departments within targeted organizations, showcasing how our offerings can enhance their employees' skills and productivity.

3. Develop and implement strategies to grow codedamn's enterprise customer base, hitting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Understand each customer's unique needs and show them the added value that codedamn can bring to their L&D initiatives.

5. Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to enhance sales processes and product offerings.

6. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives, respond to objections, and compete with other service providers.

7. Maintain detailed account and opportunity updates within our CRM system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities.

8. Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.


1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
2. Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably in the ed-tech, software, or L&D sectors.
3. Strong understanding of how L&D departments operate and make purchasing decisions.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization.
5. Ability to identify customer needs and challenges and articulate the value proposition of codedamn.
6. Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction.
7. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Willingness to travel.
